Sky Peak Technologies, Inc. (Sky Peak) provides software as a service to control data usage and improve content performance to your device. The service does not, guarantee data security since vulnerabilities may previously exist and could be exploited. These offerings are provided by Sky Peak through an application you download to your mobile device (the “Application“) and bound by terms located at http://corasavesbytes.com/Terms_of_Service.html (the “Site” and, together with any related software, tools and services provided in connection with the Application or Site, the “CORA Service“).

 

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service“) and our Privacy Policy, which may be found on our website at http://corasavesbytes.com/Privacy_Policy.html and which is incorporated herein by reference into these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CORA Service and all Site Content and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Sky Peak.

 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT DOWNLOADING OF THE APPLICATION OR ANY APPLICATION UPGRADES, USING THE APPLICATION ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, OR ACCESSING OR USING THE CORA Service, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE CORA Service OR SITE CONTENT. If you accept or agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms of Service and, in such event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.

 

DEFINITIONS

“End-User” means a person or entity that uses the CORA Service

“MDN” means mobile device number, which is the participants’ entered by the user

“OTP” means one-time password, which is provided over SMS to and entered by the participant

“Terms of Service” is the agreement being presented to the subscriber and being opted into by the subscriber by virtue of clicking on the on-screen “Accept” button

 

Deployment Workflow

Sequence with UI images:

1.     Participant will scan a QR Code provided by Sky Peak Technologies at the MCS show in Tamp, FL April 12-13th, 2022, which will open the users’ default browser and direct it to display the following Contact Form. After providing the required information fields and clicking on “Start Using CORA!” the participants’ phone will be directed to the appropriate the Application store for downloading of the Application.

2.     Subscriber clicks on the Application download URL, which in turn downloads and installs the Application

3.     Subscriber follows the on-screen Application prompts, accepting terms of service, entering their respective mobile device number, entering the one-time password provided over SMS, and accepting installation of the CORA VPN.

The CORA Service will enable and begin routing content using the CORA VPN service and rightsizing it appropriately for the device form factor
